Who is this housing designed for?

We serve adults seeking stable housing and supportive services. Our community includes Veterans and older adults, domestic violence survivors, and individuals exiting homelessness or shelters. We are specifically designed to help individuals move forward with stability and dignity.

To ensure a safe community, all potential residents must meet three main requirements: you must possess a Valid Photo ID, provide Proof of Income, and demonstrate the ability to live independently.

No. We offer Shared Independent Living. While we provide a supportive environment, all residents must have the ability to live independently.

Costs & Payment

How much does it cost to live here?

We offer competitively priced housing options, with beds starting at $800 per month.

We accept a wide range of payment methods to make housing accessible, including Private Pay, SSI (Supplemental Security Income), SSDI, VA Disability, Government Assistance, and Third-party payments.

Yes. We provide an all-inclusive living experience where all utilities and High-Speed Wi-Fi are included.

Are the rooms furnished?

Yes, our homes are fully furnished and move-in ready.

We offer both shared and private room options depending on your budget and preference.

Absolutely. Residents have access to a shared kitchen and a common living area. We also provide onsite washer and dryer access for your convenience.
